As Director of Professional Development, Roger Roemer oversees the broker onboarding process of Gallery Homes. His focus in on the strategic planning and fulfillment of organizational needs that ensure outstanding and consistent delivery of the company's mission. He works alongside our brokers to lead Gallery Homes to even greater levels of productivity through our combined successes. Roger grew up in Peoria Heights and moved to Metamora where he attended Metamora Township High School. Roger received a liberal arts degree from Western Illinois University. Some of his favorite jobs include corporate recruiter for many regional businesses and working as an educator for several years before embarking in a distinguished career in real estate. Roger has performed in leading roles at many local community theatre shows. Audiences have enjoyed him as Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha, Jean Valjean in Les Misérables and Beast in Beauty and The Beast. He most recently endeared himself to audiences as Shrek in Shrek. Roger is a part of the Ninja network. He has embraced the Ninja way of life by aligning his beliefs both personally and professionally with this national organization. His positive take on life has assisted him in making and enjoying memories of happy clients who he has guided and protected through the home buying and selling processes. In each of his endeavors throughout his life, Roger's guidance and innovative vision have earned him the respect and admiration of his peers.
